Bob Bourne taught band in the Iowa
public schools of Rockwell-Swaledale, Audubon, and Charles City.
Four of his bands have been selected to perform at IBA conventions.
I remember as a kid in high school at Ames High that
all the drummers were afraid of Karl King. It wasn't
that he was such a tyrant, but his tall figure was so intimidating!
